Session Policy
In Studio
-Please be respectful of the space
- No food or drink within the studio
- Please Be mindful of the equipment
- You are liable for damages to equipment due to negligence
- This includes backdrops, stands, cameras, and all other equipment owned by Shoots by Lai

Out of Studio
- Please note that locations must be within a 25 mile radius of Windsor Mill, MD 21244
- Further locations may be charged an additional fee.

Late Policy
- Please if possible arrive on time to your session.
- A 15 minute grace period is given for all session
- After 15 mutes a $10.00 late fee will be charged
- After 30 minutes your session will be terminated forfeittting the deposit

Payment Policy
- All Clients must pay a $15.00 deposit via Cashapp before their session is confirmed
- After the session, the remaining funds will be paid either via cash or Cashapp
- A termination of a session results in an automatic forfeit of the deposit

Prop Policy
- B.Y.O.P (Bring Your Own Props)
- Shoots by Lai are not liable for damage to any props brought to the session.
- Please be cautious with your belongings, thank you.

Prints Policy
- All prints and frames are FINAL SALE
Post Policy
- Shoots by Lai must be tagged in all post containing content taken by us.
